The Vision
The YOU Company was formed by Hossain Rezaei MBE in 2006 with the sole aim of creating a company dedicated to preventative healthcare and wellness.
Experts have long agreed that preventative healthcare is vitally important, yet is often underestimated or even overlooked. Wellness goes beyond preventative healthcare and is about being well and staying well i.e. optimising one's health as well as avoiding illness.
With the advent of telemedicine and other enormous strides in technology, The You Company has looked at harnessing the power of the internet and other technological solutions to facilitate the delivery of the product, bringing the health and wellness assessment to all at affordable prices.

Hossain Rezaei MBE
Company Chairman and CEO
Hossain Rezaei MBE is a qualified electronic engineer, serial entrepreneur and high net worth individual who has established and disposed of numerous companies during his career to date.
His global vision is to create a platform for wellness using accessible technologies that empower the individual to be proactive in improving their health through regular health assessment, monitoring and education.
This worldwide vision is centred around access to affordable health and wellbeing, delivered via the latest technology and the world wide web.
Andrew Robson BSc (Hons)
Non-Executive Director
Andrew graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in computer science, forming his own company, Perfect Image in 1991 which is now one of the North of England’s leading IT solutions providers. Andrew is a Board Member and former Chairman of Codeworks Connect, The North East Digital Trade Association, and a former Chairman of Sunderland Software City.
Paul Jobling MSc
Director of Communications
Paul joined The You Company in 2007. His CV includes working as Director of Operations at a North East Health Authority, Commercial Director at Eutechnyx Limited and Manager of the Emergency Doctor Service in both Newcastle upon Tyne and Southampton. He is a former Board Member and Chairman of Codeworks Connect. Paul has a specialist interest in primary care, preventative health and screening services. He is a qualified Pharmacist with Honours in Pharmacology.
Andrew Sutton
Chief Information Officer
Andrew joined The You Company in 2008. Andrew has 10 years of expertise in the area of infrastructure and IT Management. Andrew is an experienced project manager and Prince 2 Operator who has previously worked in the telecoms sector, retail sector and public service sectors.
The company also works with medical advisors, including GPs and Nurses and has strategic relationships with a number of accrediting Universities.
